Connecting procedures
If you meet all the requirements for SIX.SI membership and wish to connect to SIX.SI, send your request by e-mail and include the following information:
Administrative information
- The full legal name of the organisation
- The legal, registered address of your organisation
- The VAT number that is registered to your organisation with the local tax authority, including the international code
- URL of home page describing your company’s activities (preferably also in English)
- Brief explanation why your organisation would like to become a SIX.SI member
- Explanation why your organisation fulfils membership conditions
- Name to be used for your organisation on the SIX.SI member list (e.g. company name, trademark etc.)
Contact information
- Contractual contact (official addressee for any legal correspondence or for case escalation, telephone, e-mail)
- Technical contact (working days, during working hours, telephone, e-mail)
- Technical emergency 24/7 contact (telephone, e-mail)
Technical specifications
- Your public IPv4 and/or IPv6 address space that you will announce via BGP to other SIX.SI members and its route object
- Your Autonomous System Number (ASN)
- Your AS-SET object in the IRR RIPE NCC if you have it
Connection specifications
- Locations to which you intend to connect
- Port capacity you intend to use. If a connection to both locations is desired, please specify port capacity for each location separately
- Approximate expected timeframe for establishing the connection to the SIX.SI. If a connection to both locations is desired, please specify the expected timeframe for each location separately
